Security, ALM, and licensing and capacity are assessed at overview level. Each of them has its own report for an in-depth analysis. Implementing the actions is not included. Prerequisites and what is out of scope are listed at the end of the page.
How it runs
Four sessions over five days, with the tool-supported analysis in between. The workshop afterwards is optional.

With development, makers and operations, 45 minutes each

We walk through the scorecard, risks and action plan together

Workshop as neededoptional
We talk through the recommendations at a conceptual level: how to slice the actions, in what order, and who takes on what. We agree on scope and effort beforehand; it is not included in the fixed price.
In total, your team spends about 4 to 5 hours on the health check. Nothing in your environments is changed.
